Payworx is seeking an experienced SIL Assistant Team Leader in NSW to coordinate daily SIL home operations and guide support workers. This full time role blends leadership with direct participant care, including personal support and sleepover shifts.

You will report to the Team Leader, assist with rostering, documentation and daily household tasks while ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for participants with complex needs.
