National Workforce is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturer in Marrickville and assisting in Revesby to secure an elite Maintenance Fitter. This casual labour hire role offers a direct temp-to-perm pathway and a high-autonomy workplace where your expertise is respected.

You will cover 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts with flexibility, occasional Saturdays, and lead reactive breakdown repairs on conveyors, packaging machines and PLCs while managing spare parts and maintenance schedules.
