Want to build and lead your own team?

We’re expanding our solar sales business and looking for a motivated Team Manager to establish and grow a door-to-door lead-generation team for Gold Coast and northern NSW.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, understands performance-based sales and wants to build a productive team.

YOUR ROLE

- Recruit and train door-to-door lead generators.
- Build and manage a local team.
- Initially work alongside your team in the field.
- Monitor daily activity, appointments and performance.
- Maintain lead quality and appointment standards.
- Grow the team as results justify expansion.
- Report directly to the sales manager.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in door-to-door sales, lead generation or team leadership.
- Confident recruiting, coaching and motivating people.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Results-focused and comfortable working in the field.
- Reliable, ambitious and keen to build something long-term.

Solar experience is an advantage, but not essential. If you can build a team, develop people and deliver results, we’d like to hear from you.
