About the Role

As a Diploma-qualified Educator, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality education and care for children while supporting their development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Implement and contribute to educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development.
- Support children's wellbeing, inclusion, and sense of belonging.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
- Work collaboratively as part of a skilled and supportive team.
- Comply with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations, and service policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For: Essential Requirements
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).




- Current Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for providing high-quality education and care.

Desirable
- Previous experience working in a long day care setting.
- Experience using Storypark or similar documentation platforms.
- Confidence in supporting educational programming and documentation.
