Responsibilities:

- Collaborate in B2B technical discussions to determine optimal electrical protection and safety solutions for perfectly fitted requirements.

- Provide high-level, responsive technical support and expert troubleshooting across our comprehensive specialist catalogue.

- Execute detailed technical quotations and precise product specifications ensuring industry demands are met.





- Partner seamlessly with internal sales teams to translate complex technical information into clear commercial outcomes.

- Nurture long-lasting relationships with wholesalers, contractors, consulting engineers, and end-users.

Must-Have Requirements:

- Completed degree qualification in Electrical Engineering.

- Proven commercial experience in a technical support or technical sales workplace.

- Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of electrical protection and safety systems.

- Outstanding communication skills and a proactive, "whatever it takes" problem-solving attitude.

- Valid Driver's License and an appropriate Australian or New Zealand work visa.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year + Superannuation + Company Bonus, paired with continuous professional development and career stability.
