We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our growing Melbourne team! If you enjoy a challenge, variety and getting stuck into something different every day, this one's for you.

From reactive breakdowns to preventative maintenance and small projects, you'll work across some of Melbourne's leading commercial and industrial sites.

With a fully maintained take-home vehicle, great team support and the independence to manage your own day, you'll have everything you need to do what you do best!

About the role:

No two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it!

You'll be getting stuck into a variety of electrical maintenance work, including:

- Fault finding, troubleshooting and reactive maintenance across commercial and industrial sites.
- Planned preventative maintenance, servicing and compliance testing.
- RCD testing, emergency and exit lighting inspections and thermographic scanning.
- Switchboard upgrades, RCD replacements and minor electrical installations.
- Running your own small projects and service jobs from start to finish.
- Working across warehouses, distribution centres and commercial facilities.
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering quality service.

You'll be trusted to manage your own schedule, make decisions on the job and use your experience to find practical solutions, all while maintaining Keece's high standards of safety and workmanship. What we are offering to the right candidate:

What you need to bring to the table:

- A current Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence.
- At least 2 years' experience in commercial electrical maintenance (preferred).
- Strong fault-finding skills and the confidence to troubleshoot independently.
- A practical, hands-on approach and good general mechanical aptitude.
- A current driver's licence and White Card.
- EWP and Working at Heights qualifications.
- Great time management and the ability to juggle multiple jobs.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on customer service.
