Search4 is seeking an IT Support Officer in Melbourne to be the local face of IT support, handling end-user issues and onboarding with autonomy within a broader IT team.

You'll troubleshoot across Windows and Microsoft 365, support devices, deployments, Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, and maintain strong customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years' experience, are well organized, proactive, and enjoy helping users in a corporate setting.
