What You’ll Do

As our Food & Beverage Team Leader, you'll play a hands-on role in leading daily operations and creating memorable guest experiences.

You'll:

- Lead and support our café, bar and restaurant teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Coordinate daily operations, including team allocation,



bookings, functions and service priorities.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members to help them grow and succeed.
- Create positive guest experiences by resolving enquiries and ensuring service excellence.
- Maintain high standards across presentation, food safety, RSA compliance, workplace safety and venue procedures.
- Support the delivery of events, functions and special experiences across the venue.

About You

You’re a people person and natural team player who loves hospitality and knows how to keep things moving when service gets busy.

You might already be a Team Leader or Shift Leader, or perhaps you’re an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant who is ready to take that next step.

You will bring:

- Experienced inhospitality, with strong front-of-house skills.
- A confident, hands‑on leader who enjoys supporting, coaching and bringing out the best in others.
- Friendly and guest-focused, with great communication and customer service skills.
- Calm, organised and solutions-focused, with the ability to keep things moving during busy services.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A current RSA and Food Handling certificate
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain

Barista, bar, POS and multi-outlet experience would be a bonus, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone with positive energy and a passion for creating great guest experiences.
