XtraClubs Canberra is seeking an Assistant Club Leader to help run daily operations and develop a high-performing team. You will lead by example on the club floor, deliver Unwind, Guided and Social Sessions, and ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll support onboarding, training current teammates, and maintain smooth handovers while monitoring member feedback and stock levels. A calm, customer-focused approach helps create a welcoming wellness environment.
