We’re looking for an Assistant Club Leader who takes pride in high standards, enjoys working with people and is ready to grow their leadership skills.

About the role

This is a hands-on role supporting the Club Leader with daily operations, team development and the member experience.

You’ll lead by example on the club floor, deliver engaging Unwind, Guided and Social Sessions, maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation, and help your team succeed. You’ll also build confidence in our operational systems, water testing and ice bath equipment.

What you’ll do

- Welcome members, deliver informative tours and provide thoughtful, personalized support.

- Champion our Guided and Social Sessions, delivering consistently great experiences and coaching teammates.

- Keep the club clean, organized and well stocked throughout every shift.

- Confidently reinforce club etiquette with a warm, respectful approach.





- Complete water testing and scheduled ice bath maintenance tasks, troubleshoot within your training and ...

- Support the onboarding and training of new team members.

- Take ownership of daily operations when the Club Leader is away.

- Maintain clear handovers, respond to routine member inquiries and use our systems confidently.

- Monitor member feedback, equipment and stock levels, and suggest practical improvements.

About you

You’re approachable, dependable and calm under pressure. You notice the small details, take initiative and enjoy helping others perform at their best.

You’ll bring:

- Experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, wellness or a similar environment.

- Strong communication skills and confidence addressing member concerns.

- Leadership experience, or clear potential and a willingness to develop.

- A practical approach and willingness to get involved in cleaning and daily operational tasks.

- Confidence learning new systems and following procedures.

- A genuine interest in wellness and creating a positive club culture.
