Are you an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator looking for stable, long-term employment with consistent hours and regular overtime?

ProQuest Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join, a leading Australian lubricant manufacturer and distributor, at its modern distribution facility in Crestmead .

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work in a clean, organised and safety-focused warehouse with a well-established Australian business.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Stock putaway, replenishment and bulk stock movements
- Loading and unloading trucks




- RF scanning and inventory management
- Order picking and general warehouse duties
- Manual handling and lifting products up to 20kg
- Meeting daily productivity, accuracy and safety targets

What We're Looking For

- Current LF Forklift Licence – Essential
- Proven High Reach forklift experience – Essential
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
- Ability to safely lift and handle products weighing up to 20kg
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transport and excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist with general warehouse duties
- Full availability Monday to Friday, including overtime when required
- Commitment to ongoing, long-term employment

Important Information

This position requires consistent availability five days per week . Applicants seeking part‑time arrangements of 3–4 days per week will not be suitable.

Due to the ongoing full‑time hours and overtime requirements, applicants must have unrestricted working rights in Australia .
