The Role

You'll work alongside two experienced Property Managers and our Business Development Manager, supporting their day-to-day activities while learning to manage our leasing process from A-Z.

Your role will include:

- Coordinating open homes, rental advertising, applications and new tenancies.
- Conducting routine inspections and assisting with general portfolio administration.
- Supporting maintenance coordination, landlord and tenant communication.
- Assisting our Business Development Manager with rental appraisals and current managements.

As your confidence grows,



you'll take ownership of leasing from start to finish, with an experienced team always behind you.

The Person

We're hiring for attitude, not just experience!

We're looking for someone who:

- Is friendly, organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Has great communication skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Enjoys being part of a team and isn't afraid to give things a go.
- Has a driver's licence, reliable vehicle and a QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain one before undertaking registrable duties).

Little to no real estate experience? That's absolutely fine! We'll provide the training and support. You bring the enthusiasm!
