Programmed Maintenance Services seeks an experienced Customer Service Supervisor for a 12-month casual assignment in Brisbane. The role leads a busy team, coordinates with schedulers to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries and robust customer service.

You will monitor KPIs, manage rosters, and resolve escalated issues while maintaining data accuracy. The ideal candidate has prior supervision experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a solid eye for detail.
