Treasury Corporation of Victoria (TCV) is seeking a agile P&C; Operations Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle and payroll activities. You will partner with the People & Culture team to drive processes across recruitment, remuneration, performance reviews and engagement surveys, while coordinating learning and wellbeing initiatives.

Ideal candidates will be organised, proactive and discreet, with 2–3 years’ HR/payroll experience and strong MS 365 skills.
