MEGT (Australia) Ltd in Ringwood is seeking a proactive coordinator to support Apprentices and Trainees throughout employment and training. Reporting to the State Manager, you will coach, visit sites, monitor wellbeing, and address barriers while liaising with host employers and RTOs to track progress.

You will coordinate on and off the job training, support injury management, and maintain records for compliance, with travel as needed and a focus on growth opportunities for clients.
