This is an entry-level opportunity for people who want to break into sales, develop valuable commercial skills and build a long-term career. You'll receive structured training, dedicated coaching and the support needed to progress into a full sales role.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help generate new business opportunities by:

- Researching businesses and identifying decision-makers
- Making outbound calls and sending targeted emails
- Prospecting through LinkedIn
- Building rapport and starting commercial conversations
- Qualifying potential clients and booking meetings
- Managing your activity and maintaining CRM records
- Working towards daily and weekly performance targets

Who We’re Looking For

No previous B2B sales experience is required.



You could be a recent graduate, retail or hospitality qualified, recruiter, customer service representative or someone looking for their first commercial opportunity.
