A wide-ranging, hands-on role combining job scheduling, customer enquiries, stock control, and day-to-day operational support. Ideal for someone organised, practical and comfortable working in a fast-paced trade environment.
About the Role
100% Plumbing & Maintenance is a well-established Melbourne plumbing and trade services business, and we’re looking for a positive, energetic, and organised person to join our team.
This is a varied warehouse and administration role suited to someone who enjoys practical, hands-on tasks while also being comfortable supporting a busy office environment.
As our Operations Coordinator, you’ll keep our warehouse, stock, tools, equipment, and vehicles organised and ready for our plumbers. You’ll also support our main scheduler and office team by answering phones, responding to customer enquiries, assisting with bookings, and completing general administration as required.
You won’t have sole responsibility for managing the schedule. Instead, you’ll work alongside our experienced scheduler and assist wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly.
If you’re organised, practical, approachable, and willing to jump in wherever needed, you’ll fit right in!
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain compliance documentation.
Coordinate daily workflow and operational tasks.

About You
Naturally organised with strong attention to detail.
Able to manage your time, prioritise tasks and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Customer-focused with a practical, solutions-based approach.
Confident using computers; experience with scheduling software is an advantage.
Mechanically minded or have a strong interest in cars? That’s a bonus, as you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of our vehicle fleet.
A positive team player who is willing to help wherever needed.
An excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
