About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Client Services Officer to join our growing team. We currently support 200 client groups, and this role is central to helping us deliver exceptional service. The successful applicant will work closely with our advisers and Client Services Manager, assisting with the ongoing servicing of our clients while ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare review meeting documentation and client files for advisers
- Implement financial advice recommendations for ongoing clients
- Prepare and manage superannuation, investment and insurance applications
- Liaise with product providers, insurers, super funds and other external stakeholders
- Schedule client meetings and manage ongoing client follow-up
- Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing a high level of service
- Conduct research and obtain accurate information to support the paraplanning team
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Assist with ongoing business administration and process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Client Services Officer role within a financial planning practice
- Strong understanding of the financial planning advice process
- Ability to work autonomously and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative when solving problems and learning current processes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, client-focused approach
