M.Tucker & Sons is seeking an experienced and reliable Hook Lift Truck Driver to join our expanding operations team.

Operating throughout Melbourne and surrounding areas, the successful applicant will be responsible for transporting, delivering and collecting hook lift waste a slurry bins and across our waste management and civil construction operations.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating a heavy rigid hook lift truck safely and efficiently.

Delivering, exchanging and collecting skip bins and hook lift containers from commercial, industrial and construction sites.

Transporting waste materials to approved disposal and processing facilities including EPA PIWs.

Completing pre-start inspections and reporting maintenance requirements.

Completing transport documentation, waste dockets, EPA certs and relevant paperwork accurately.

Communicating professionally with customers, site personnel and our operations team.

Maintaining a clean, protected and well-presented vehicle.

Following company safety procedures and relevant transport and environmental regulations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

A current Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence or higher.





Experience operating truck and trailer combinations is highly desirable, with preference given to candidates holding a Heavy Combination (HC) licence.

Previous hook lift truck operating experience, highly regarded.

Experience within the waste management, transport or civil construction industries.

A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

The ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.

A reliable, punctual and team-oriented approach.

A good understanding of Melbourne's road network.
