A Victorian Local Government Council seeks an experienced Subdivision Officer to support their Planning team. The role requires strong subdivision knowledge, relevant qualifications, and Local Government experience in Victoria.

You will assess and process subdivision applications, manage referrals and compliance, and liaise with developers and internal departments. SPEAR experience is highly desirable, with a contract prospect that may extend.
