The Role

You will manage conveyancing matters from instruction to settlement, working closely with solicitors and support staff in a collaborative, professional setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and government authorities
- Managing PEXA settlements and electronic lodgements




- Ensuring compliance with ACT conveyancing requirements and firm standards

About You

You are a capable and confident conveyancer who takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and client service.

You will ideally bring:

- Proven experience as a conveyancer (ACT and NSW experience highly regarded)
- Strong working knowledge of PEXA and electronic conveyancing
- Excellent attention to detail and file management skills
- Clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture
