The Cups Estate is seeking an experienced Chef to support our Head Chef at Fingal on the Mornington Peninsula. You will work in a contemporary, seasonal menu environment, with a focus on local produce and estate wines.
Key duties include prep and service, stock control and menu development, and stepping in when the Head Chef is away. Full time role, 38 hours per week, Thursday to Monday, approx 8:30am–4:30pm. Salary negotiable based on experience.
