Found Wellness is a growing skin, laser and wellness clinic, combining advanced treatments, clinical expertise and an exceptional client experience.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Clinic Coordinator to work closely with our Clinic Owner and Clinical Team Leader.

This is a varied, hands‑on position for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys improving systems and processes, and takes genuine ownership of their responsibilities.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating the day‑to‑day operations of the business, supporting our team and contributing to the continued growth of Found Wellness.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing daily clinic operations, administration and workflow.
- Coordinating staff rosters, schedules and internal communication.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team development.
- Managing stock purchasing, inventory control and supplier relationships.
- Monitoring clinic performance, appointment utilisation, retail sales and business targets.
- Coordinating marketing activity, social media content support, promotions, campaigns and events.
- Maintaining and improving clinic systems, procedures and operational standards.
- Supporting client retention initiatives and business development opportunities.
- Building relationships with external businesses, contractors and potential partners.




- Working closely with the Clinic Owner to implement business initiatives and support growth.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings initiative, accountability and a genuine interest in business operations.

You’ll ideally have:

- Experience in clinic coordination, office management, practice administration or a similar operational role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Solid computer skills and confidence working across multiple software platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Confidence coordinating people, priorities and daily operations.
- An understanding of sales, business performance and customer experience.
- Experience with social media, digital marketing or marketing coordination.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.
