Dental Clinic receptionist and Dental assistant jobs

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Assistant and Receptionist to join our friendly and collaborative team. We are offering a flexible full-time or part-time position, with availability required across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Wise Dental is a modern, fully equipped clinic located in the heart of Macquarie Park. We provide comprehensive dental care using the latest technologies in a warm and welcoming workplace. Our clinic operates extended hours—from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm—making dental care more accessible for our patients and offering flexibility for our team members.

Key responsibilities

Chairside assistance across a variety of dental procedures

Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control

Preparing, setting up, and packing down treatment rooms





Supporting patients to feel comfortable throughout their visits

Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service

Managing patient bookings, payments, and enquiries

Answering phones and coordinating appointments

Supporting general clinic operations and lab work

About you

2–3 years of dental assisting experience

Professional, patient-focused attitude

Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential

Experience with D4W software is essential

Confident and capable professional who thrives in a dynamic and friendly team environment

Enjoy working with people and multitasking
