About the Role

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will engage, screen and prepare nurses for travel nursing contracts across regional, rural and remote Australia.

This is a fast moving and competitive industry. You'll need to build trust early, act quickly and take ownership of your nurse relationships, while working towards individual and team performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with new, existing and previously engaged nurses, building strong relationships and understanding their experience, goals, preferences and availability.
- Provide clear, transparent communication about travel nursing opportunities, processes and expectations.




- Keep nurses informed through proactive calls, texts and emails, managing enquiries, concerns and changing circumstances professionally.
- Screen nurses to assess clinical experience, suitability, preferences and readiness for travel nursing opportunities.
- Prepare resumes, coordinate references and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and manage competing priorities in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve timely, quality workforce outcomes.
- Maintain a commercially aware, solution focused approach to candidate engagement and delivery.
- Participate in the rotating after hours phone roster.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in a fast paced, high volume, relationship driven environment, ideally with exposure to performance targets.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems would be highly regarded.
- A background or qualification in nursing, healthcare, recruitment or a related field would be advantageous.
