Felons Brewing Co. on the Brisbane River near Story Bridge is seeking a Sous Chef – Pizza to lead a busy pizza section and craft the menu alongside the Head Chef. You will own dough production, prep, stretching, toppings and oven management, while mentoring junior chefs and coordinating rosters.

Experience in a high-volume pizzeria and a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery are essential. The role offers development opportunities with a rotating roster in a vibrant brewery setting.
