Big Loaf in WA is seeking a Sr Pastry Supervisor (Head of Pastry) to lead a pastry team of 6–10 across a busy shop and wholesale operations. You will drive daily and weekly pastry production, develop systems, and uphold high standards of quality and care in every bake.

You will guide on-the-bench work and in leadership, ensuring the team stays productive, collaborative, and focused on superb results. This role involves flexible hours to support the team.
