About the Opportunity

Elite Electrical Maintenance & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd is looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

We are seeking someone who is confident answering phones, managing customer enquiries, booking jobs and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Previous experience in customer service, administration or scheduling is highly regarded. Experience using ServiceM8 or ServiceTitan would be a fantastic advantage.

We specialise in residential and commercial electrical services, air conditioning, solar installations, maintenance, smoke alarms and general electrical work.

About the Role

You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping manage incoming enquiries, schedule jobs and support our electricians and technicians.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries professionally.
- Booking electrical, air conditioning and solar jobs into our scheduling system.
- Explaining and confidently securing customer acceptance of call‑out fees.
- Scheduling electricians and technicians efficiently.
- Managing customer appointments, bookings and job updates.
- Following up customer enquiries, quotes and outstanding bookings.
- Responding to customer emails and messages.
- Creating and updating jobs using job management software.
- Communicating with electricians, technicians and management regarding daily schedules.
- Handling customer concerns and providing excellent customer service.




- Assisting with general administration and day‑to‑day office operations.
- Identifying opportunities to convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration or a similar role.
- Excellent phone manner and strong communication skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers and converting enquiries into bookings.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Highly Regarded but Not Essential

- Experience using ServiceM8 or ServiceTitan.
- Previous experience working in an electrical, plumbing, air conditioning or other trade services business.
- Experience scheduling tradespeople and managing service bookings.
- Experience handling call‑out fees and converting enquiries into confirmed jobs.
- Sales experience or confidence following up leads and quotations.

You don't need experience in the electrical industry to apply. If you have strong customer service skills, are confident on the phone and can keep bookings organised, we'd love to hear from you.
