NEX Building Group invites graduates for a two-year Graduate Program in residential construction. You will rotate through offices Monday to Friday, gain exposure to multiple building disciplines, and participate in leadership development and mentoring programs.

Graduates from 2025 or 2026 with degrees in construction-related fields are preferred. This program leads to a permanent role within the group upon successful completion.
