The role focuses on delivering a welcoming patient experience, coordinating appointments and handling billing and daily operations within a modern, technology-enabled clinic.

Applicants should have at least one year of general practice reception experience, robust Medicare billing knowledge and proficiency with Best Practice, HotDoc, PRODA, Outlook and Teams.
