South West Rocks Country Club is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the role

As Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Club, including leading and supporting our team to deliver outstanding service, overseeing daily operations across our venues, and ensuring a welcoming, safe and enjoyable experience for members and guests.

- Leading and supporting our team to deliver outstanding service
- Overseeing daily operations across our venues
- Ensuring a welcoming, safe and enjoyable experience for members and guests
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally

About you

- Has previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, clubs, hotels or a similar setting
- Is confident leading a team and making decisions




- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Can thrive in a busy, dynamic environment
- Has a positive, hands-on approach and enjoys being part of a team
- Is flexible and excited by the opportunity to work across multiple venues
- Holds a current RSA, RCG and ARCG or willing to gain
- Option to work across multiple venues as part of the broader Kempsey Macleay RSL Club team and broaden your hospitality experience
