What We’re Looking For

- Trade Qualification - Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong culinary skills - ability to prepare high-quality, consistent food
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team player - work effectively both independently and within a large kitchen team
- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety compliance
- Flexibility - availability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required
- Legal right to work in Australia
