About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Distribution & Transport Specialist to support distribution, transportation, inventory management, and logistics operations across multiple sites. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries, accurate inventory management, and seamless operational support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Distribution & Transportation support across multiple sites and locations.

- Coordinate and facilitate advance planning with third-party stakeholders to meet changing business demands.

- Monitor logistics and transportation performance to ensure on-time deliveries.

- Identify and resolve inventory, transportation, and vendor-related issues.

- Work closely with company representatives and third-party logistics partners to manage shipment arrivals and delivery concerns.

- Review distribution and transportation metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.

- Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date records of transactions, inventory movements, and operational forecasts.





- Interface with program, project, and business stakeholders to analyze and manage return and repair activities.

- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular tracking and reconciliation processes.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism in communication, conduct, and presentation.

Key Qualifications

- Mandatory NV1 Security Clearance is required.

- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Technical certification or associate degree preferred.

- 1-2 years of experience in distribution, transportation, logistics, inventory management, or a related field.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and third-party service providers.

- Proficient in maintaining accurate records and managing operational data.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
