Little Sister Bakery is a growing artisanal bakery producing fresh breads, pastries and baked goods across our retail stores and wholesale operation.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Baker to join our production team in Braeside.

The Role

Mixing, shaping and baking breads and bakery products

Working with fresh doughs and quality ingredients

Following recipes and production schedules

Operating commercial bakery equipment

Taking ownership of your products and maintaining consistent quality

Working efficiently as part of a team

Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and production standards

Early morning and weekend availability required

About You

Minimum 3 years’ commercial baking experience – essential





Robust baking and dough-handling skills

Experience with commercial bakery equipment

Reliable, organised and able to work efficiently

A strong team player who communicates well and supports the team

Strong attention to detail and product consistency

Takes pride in their work and ownership of their responsibilities

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
