Laurent Bakery is seeking a skilled Baker to join the Braeside production team. You will prepare dough, mix ingredients and bake traditional European and artisan breads using commercial bakery equipment.
The role requires a Certificate III in Baking or 2+ years' industry experience, with strong dough mixing and hand moulding skills. Roster Tuesday to Saturday, 5am–1pm, with 38 hours per week and take-home bread advantages.
