Bells At Killcare on the NSW Central Coast invites a skilled Chef de Partie to lead a grill section, cook meats and seafood over an open fire, and contribute to exceptional dining experiences for our coastal luxury guests. You will support Head Chef and Sous Chef in planning and daily operations, and help drive menu development.

In this full‑time role you will mentor junior kitchen staff, maintain wood‑fired temperature control, and foster a positive, team-oriented team culture with relocation
