Working at Surf Camp Australia is unlike any other surf school. We operate all year around (11 months) with 2-4 Lessons running 7 days per week. We teach Backpackers and Int. Students a progressive surf course. We can provide free Accommodation and food in our onsite staff accommodation.

Job Essentials for Surf Coaches:

- Love of people
- Experienced surfing skills & ocean knowledge
- Fit, healthy & enjoy working in the water in all kinds of weather conditions




- Commitment to ensure the ultimate protected surfing experience for our customers
- Strong work ethic
- Love of surfing & its culture
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
- Demonstrated initiative, creativity, drive & enthusiasm
- Hold current 1st Aid and CPR certificate
- Teaching or instructor experience advantageous, but not essential
- Surfing Australia Level 1 Surf Coaching Certificate required - training offered to successful applicants
