We are seeking a motivated Trade Supervisor to support our trade team at Fagg’s Mitre 10 Wallington.

Working closely with the Trade Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day trade operations, support team development and deliver excellent customer service. You will help drive sales, manage stock and rostering, and maintain a protected, organised workplace.

This role operates on a roster across seven days, with weekend work required.

What Will You Be Doing?

- Lead, coach and support the trade team to achieve service and performance goals.
- Assist the Trade Manager with daily operations, rostering and labour budgets.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and other departments and sites.
- Support sales and margin targets through effective stock management and product availability.
- Coordinate orders and deliveries to ensure customers receive their goods on time and in full.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, stock accuracy and customer service.
- Promote a proactive Safety,



Health and Environment culture.
- Assist with stock movement and loading, including some heavy lifting..

What Will You Bring?

- At least two years’ experience in hardware, trade or retail operations.
- Knowledge of timber products and the building industry would be highly regarded.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing a high-performing team.
- Trade product knowledge and an understanding of stock and inventory systems.
- Excellent customer service, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and practical problem-solving ability.
- An understanding of sales targets, budgets and operational performance.
- A commitment to teamwork, integrity and workplace safety.
- A current driver’s licence and forklift licence
