You run the store when you're on. You lead the crew, keep the line moving and make sure every customer gets Char'd done properly, from the first order to close.
What you'll do
- Lead the front counter and kitchen team through the shift
- Open or close the store, including the cash-up
- Keep food-safety, cleaning and quality standards on every shift
- Look after customer questions and fix problems on the spot
- Train current starters the Char'd way
- Report stock, waste and staffing issues to the store manager
What we're looking for
- Supervisor or team-leader experience in hospitality or quick-service food
- Calm under pressure and confident leading a team
- Organised, reliable and on time
- Available for nights and weekends
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate is a plus
Casual, part-time and full-time shifts available at Belfield, Eastern Creek and St Clair.
