The YMCA Victoria Bendigo Centre is hiring a Casual Duty Manager to lead centre operations during shifts, ensuring safety and exceptional service for the community. You will act as a role model, coordinate staff, and maintain the Emergency Action Plan while delivering welcoming experiences for users.

Ideal candidates hold aquatic lifeguard qualifications (certificate and license), CPR and First Aid, and demonstrate robust interpersonal and leadership skills.
