Oaks Cairns Hotel seeks a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a casual basis. You will assist in preparing and cooking meals to the highest standard, following recipes and maintaining consistency.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations, plate dishes to brand standards, and help develop current menu items with the Head Chef. Requires Certificate III in Cookery and hotel/restaurant experience.
