Alemre Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Full-Time Assistant Manager for our CUSS Original Frozen Custard store in Newtown, Sydney. You will lead the team, support the Store Manager and help deliver the high-quality service CUSS is known for.

This hands-on leadership role covers coaching, rostering, stock control and daily store operations, with a transparent pathway to becoming Store Manager as the brand grows. Flexibility to work across days, evenings and weekends is essential.
