The role:

- Responsible for the growth and development of our people
- Providing world class, energetic and fun service to our guests
- Ensuring the team delivers the best experience on the Gold Coast
- Support the day-to-day management of the venue
- Managing and creating the atmosphere and ambiance during the day and night
- Ensuring a clean, safe and well-maintained venue at all times
- Support the delivery of all standard operating systems
- Be accountable for rostering, labour and ordering
- Collaborate and create new initiatives, promotions and menu ideasto drive revenue growth
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S; and OLGR polices

What you need to bring:

- Be a hands-on leader with experience in a similar role




- Ability to lead, train and develop a strong team and culture
- Able to deliver world class service everyday
- Ability to create and implement management development programmes
- Fantastic verbal communication skills
- Solid food and bar knowledge
- High level of presentation and keen eye for detail
- Current RSA
