Bayside City Council is seeking casual Rostering Support Officers to maintain rosters for support workers and handle routine client and worker calls, with updates entered into the client management system at the Sandringham Corporate Centre.

You will contact clients about rostered bookings, respond to rostering changes, and help ensure accurate, timely notes while delivering a high standard of customer service. Robust communication, organisation, and aged care awareness are valued.
