PeopleIN Group is seeking an HR/ER Advisor to work on-site with our Regional Workforce Management team in Australia. The role focuses on coordinating in office employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws and regulations, including Fair Work Act considerations.

You will partner with management and employees to address workplace concerns, mediate disputes, and support policy implementation to foster a positive work culture.
