About the Role/n This is a casual hybrid position supporting both our Community Care and School Health programs. /n Shifts are flexible and start and finish from home, with work available across metro Adelaide, including a requirement to travel to the Southern Suburbs when needed. /n A key component of this role includes providing lunch coverage within schools, with some shifts being shorter 3-hour school-based blocks during lunchtime periods. Additional community shifts may also be available before or after school coverage depending on your availability and preferences.

What You’ll Be Doing/n /n

- Providing clinical care to clients within their homes and school environments

/n

- Medication administration and basic clinical care

/n

- Supporting students with day-to-day health presentations and care plans

/n

- Responding to first aid incidents and health concerns within schools

/n

- Building strong relationships with clients, students, families, and school staff

/n





- Working autonomously in the community while remaining supported by a dedicated clinical and operational team

/n What We’re Looking For/n We’re seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses who are: /n /n

- Confident working independently

/n

- Adaptable across different environments

/n

- Strong communicators with a compassionate approach

- Organised and able to think on their feet

/n

- Passionate about delivering high-quality care within the community

/n /n Previous experience in community nursing or school nursing is highly regarded, though not essential.

Essential

Requirements/n /n

- Diploma of Nursing

/n

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

/n

- Minimum 1 year nursing experience

/n

- Current Working With Children Check

/n

- NDIS Worker Check

/n

- National Police Clearance

/n

- Current First Aid & CPR certificates

/n

- Valid Manual Handling certificate

/n

- RRHAN-EC Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)

/n

- Unrestricted South Australian Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

/n

- Up-to-date COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations
