About You

We are looking for an educator who:

- Has a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their learning and development

- Previous experience working with children aged 2–3 or 3–5 years, particularly in toddler or kindergarten settings, would be highly desirable.

- Is confident in guiding and managing groups of children, including leading group time experiences, supporting daily routines and encouraging positive behaviour

- Can create a safe, engaging and positive learning setting

- Understands and implements the EYLF, VEYLDF and National Quality Framework

- Builds warm, respectful and trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues

- Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills

- Is reliable, proactive,



flexible and willing to take initiative

- Has a positive attitude and genuinely enjoys being part of a small, supportive team

Qualifications & Requirements

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training

- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training and Gecko training

- Good understanding of child safety practices and responsibilities

• Sound documentation and computer skills
