About the Opportunity

We're looking for a highly experienced, creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing business in Port Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves design, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of the creative direction and day-to-day design requirements of a growing company.

You'll be our go-to Graphic Designer, working closely with our marketing and content teams to produce engaging, high-quality creative assets across multiple platforms and brands.

We're not looking for someone who needs constant supervision. We want a designer who can take a brief, understand the objective, use their initiative and deliver exceptional work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Advertising: Design high-converting static advertisements for Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google and other advertising platforms.
- Social Media Graphics: Create engaging promotional graphics, announcements, carousels and other visual content for our social channels.
- Email Marketing: Design professional, visually appealing promotional emails, banners and campaign graphics.
- Branding & Merchandise: Assist with clothing designs, merchandise, promotional products and other branded materials.
- Print Design: Create flyers, brochures, posters, signage and other marketing collateral.
- Campaign Creative: Work alongside our marketing team to bring new promotional ideas, sales campaigns and product launches to life.
- Creative Ownership: Take responsibility for maintaining consistent, high-quality design standards across the business.
- Multiple Projects: Manage competing priorities and deliver work within tight deadlines without compromising quality.

What We're Looking For

- Highly experienced Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating professional commercial work.




- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant design software.
- Experience creating static advertisements and marketing creatives that are designed to drive engagement and conversions.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition and digital marketing.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
- Someone who can follow clear direction while also applying common sense, creativity and initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce polished, professional designs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from initial brief through to completion.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and making adjustments quickly when required.
