Sydney Appliance Service is looking for a motivated and organised Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our team of warehouse staff and appliance technicians.

This role suits someone who's hands-on, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives as part of a small, close-knit team.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the overall coordination of the warehouse - ensuring appliance parts and stock are accurately managed, efficiently organised, and ready for our technicians and customers each day.

- Managing all incoming and outgoing appliance parts and deliveries
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and updating records
- Preparing and allocating parts for daily technician runs
- Coordinating van loading, deliveries, and returns
- Monitoring stock reports, credits, and supplier orders




- Analysing warehouse data and reports in Excel
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Liaising with office staff, technicians, couriers, and suppliers

What We're Looking For

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in warehouse operations or logistics
- Confident using Microsoft Office and data analysis tools for reports and stock control
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Current driver's licence
- Experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
