Randstad Australia is hiring a Customer Service & Retention Specialist in Parramatta. You will handle inbound and outbound calls with members who have cancelled or are considering leaving, listening to price, policy, or claim concerns, and working to win back their business.

Reporting to the Retention Team Leader, this full time permanent role offers a hybrid work-from-home arrangement after training, a fixed 9:00 AM–6:00 PM roster, and a salary package including a base pay of $65,237 plus 9.5%
